The Biggest Little City in the World
Reno lies 26 miles north of the Nevada state capital, Carson City, and 22 miles northeast of Lake Tahoe in the high desert. Reno shares its eastern border with the city of Sparks. Reno, known as The Biggest Little City in the World, is famous for its casinos, and is the birthplace of the gaming corporation Harrah's Entertainment.
Reno houses three universities: University of Nevada at Reno, Truckee Meadows Community College, and Nevada School of Law at Old College.
Before the 1960s Reno was the #1 gaming capitol in the world. Two local casinos have shown significant growth, and have moved downtown gaming further south on Virginia Street. These include the Atlantis (formerly the Clarion), and The Peppermill. Reno has recently opened many businesses that contribute to socializing and after-work activities. Many bars and nightclubs have moved into the area of Virginia and First Streets in downtown Reno. This area is beginning to resemble "bar rows" seen in many larger, metropolitan cities.

You all have been so kind and the best to work with and I would recommend you to anyone. At this time because my basement does not have a full kitchen it has made it difficult to rent. So at this time I would like to "postpone" my ad with you. I will be happy to pay the ad fee again because it is so worth it. When I finish remodeling and feel like I would like to rent my basement again you will be the only company I'll call. Thank so much again
