What do I do when I find a roommate through RoommateShop?
If you find a roommate through our site in Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Ft. Collins, Colorado mountain towns, Las Vegas, or Reno, Nevada. you should deactivate or "Suspend" your file so that others won't continue to contact you. You can do this by logging in and clicking on the "suspend my account" button. If you are having trouble with this, let us know by emailing us at Roommates@housinghelpers.com or calling 303.545.6000 during customer service hours
