Why do I pay up front?
RoommateShop ® provides an excellent roommate matching service and our fees are paid up front just like a traditional advertising source.
We do not accept payments 'after the roommate is found' simply because we would have to rely on our customers honesty in this matter.
Our 'pay up front policy' allows our service to be affordable for everyone.
When you sign up for RoommateShop® you will have to use a credit card. By doing this, all of your credentials get sent to Verisign where it is processed and confirmed. This helps keep scammers off of our website. And makes it easier to find "true" potential roommates.
Thanks!!! Specifically, thanks for your efforts, and for being so fast!
