If I find a roommate on my own, will I get a refund?

Although RoommateShop® provides an excellent source for roommates, it is your choice who you select.
Your matches will be determined by your matching qualifications and what you will accept in a roommate.
This service does not guarantee finding a roommate.
There are no refunds to the RoommateShop® Roommate Matching service even if you find a roommate through other means. This is explained in our Agreement.
If you stop your search or find a roommate outside of our service, you can "suspend" your file, so anytime before your file expires, you may reactivate your file and search again free of charge.
