Order a Background Check for a prospective roommate.

Roommateshop will run a background check on your prospective roommate.

We will check rental history, verify income, criminal history, and check their credit for you. We will return a full background check to you via fax or email so that you can better make your roommate decision.

We suggest printing out the application when you join so that when you find a prospective tenant you can have them fill it out. This service is not limited to the RoommateShop network. Anyone who would like a tenant screening is eligible for this service. We are here to help!

2) Next, download the pdf file of the application below:

• have the potential roommate fill out the application and sign it (Applications without a signature cannot be processed.)

3) Fax it back to us at (303) 545-9405 and put attention to Roommateshop or mail/drop into our office: 2865 Baseline Rd. Boulder, CO 80303.

4) When we have the application and payment we will process the report and email (we can also fax or mail) you the results within three (3) business days.
