Is Your Caps Lock Key Off?

Both your Login and Password are case-sensitive - they must be typed upper and lower case just as you entered them when you signed-up.

If your Caps Lock key is depressed and set to on (usually a light on your keyboard will indicate this) then all input will be in upper case.

You can correct this by hitting the Caps Lock key again to turn it off.
